Sionna Lyda

Sionna is a dedicated professional with over eight years of experience in recruiting and two years of experience in career advising. She is passionate about helping individuals discover opportunities that improve their lives and professional futures. Most recently, she has worked with college students, providing career guidance and supporting their transition from education into the workforce. In addition to advising, Sionna teaches part-time in the evenings at a college, where she instructs a variety of business courses including career readiness and business law.

She has also helped develop board-certified career readiness courses delivered internationally in Dubai, Ireland, and parts of Africa. Working alongside a business partner who manages the operational side, Sionna contributes to course creation and provides practical strategies, tips, and interview preparation guidance to help participants succeed in competitive job markets.

A lifelong learner, Sionna is currently pursuing a doctorate in management through an online program. She is deeply committed to personal and professional growth and enjoys consistently learning through reading and continued education. Her passion lies in working with young adults and early career professionals, helping them gain confidence, develop career skills, and create meaningful career paths.

Outside of her professional life, Sionna enjoys exploring new restaurants and traveling whenever she can. She is also a devoted mother to her two children, Skye, who is nine, and Ace, who is four. Much of her free time is spent creating memorable experiences with them, including trips to zoos, indoor parks, water parks, arcades, and other kid-friendly activities. Her weekends are often filled with family adventures that balance fun, learning, and quality time together.
