Anisa Scott is a seasoned coaching professional with more than fifteen years of experience in helping women and men transition into independent contractor roles. Previously, she was a top team director and producer for a global sales company specializing in women's products. Anisa recruited and directed hundreds of independent contractors while facilitating title promotions, awards, and achievements for herself and the individuals on her team. She is versed in creating and facilitating onboarding, training, and coaching materials.
At the beginning of Anisa's career, she worked as a departmental supervisor in the Intellectual Property department of a top lawfirm and was responsible for establishing workflows, interdepartmental strategies, and collaborating with other national lawfirms.
Anisa enjoys engaging with and supporting people of all professional experience levels as they transition into new careers and positions. In addition to sales and intellectual property, Anisa's professional background includes the areas of non-profit organizations, federal government, grade school education, and international education. She has a B.S. in Biology, is a trained and certified Patent Paralegal, and holds an Elite Coach certification with the Direct Sales Women Association. In addition, Anisa holds many other professional certifications including Organizational Psychology, Recruiting, and Diversity. Anisa enjoys volunteering in her local community by supporting animal rescue and student international exchange organizations.
