COO
I grew up first generation and low income, without mentors to guide me through school or the corporate world. My parents taught me the value of hard work, but I quickly learned that hard work alone does not guarantee opportunity. During college, I got my first real glimpse into what the job search process is supposed to look like. One of my first work study jobs was at the MBA career office at Babson, where all seven career advisors took me under their wing. They explained how recruiting worked, introduced me to employers, and gave me exposure to the inside track of hiring. That was the first time I realized how much of the process is about access and guidance, not just raw effort.
â
After graduating from Babson College, I started my career in business strategy and analytics at Google. I was promoted twice and earned over $200K by age 24. But even with those successes, I could not shake the thought that others who were just as qualified were not getting the same opportunities. When I got interview trained and began partnering with recruiters to help with hiring on my team, I started to see the process from the other side. I realized it was not rocket science. Yet as a job seeker, I used to believe there was some secret machine making decisions behind the scenes that I had to outsmart. That disconnect between perception and reality is what sparked my mission.
â
Thatâs why I founded Wonsulting: to turn underdogs into winners. In 2017, I began sharing what I was learning from both sides of the hiring process online. I posted my resume, broke down strategies, and shared transparent advice on LinkedIn. What started as rewriting resumes for friends and giving strangers networking tips quickly grew into a movement.
â
Over time, we turned those experiences into principles for job seekers. We ran experiments, analyzed data, and tested strategies to see what really worked. A few things became clear:
â
These lessons became the foundation for Wonsultingâs services and for WonsultingAI â tools like ResumAI, NetworkAI, InterviewAI, and JobBoardAI. Theyâre built to give job seekers an edge in a system that often feels stacked against them.
â
But Wonsulting has never been just about technology. Itâs about rewriting the playbook for people who donât come from the âperfectâ background. Itâs about proving that talent can come from anywhere.
â
I started Wonsulting to build what I wished I had during my own job search: guidance, tools, and a community that believes in underdogs. That mission drives me every day.

"Wonsulting gave me clarity. Their resume guidance and LinkedIn networking strategies completely changed how I approached applications. Even when results didnât come right away, I kept applying what I learned refining my resume, networking intentionally, and following their advice step by step.Eventually, it all paid off, I landed a Software Engineer role at Google."
