Aside from the many guides and resume buffs the most helpful thing was Wonsultingâs team who did a wonderful job throughout the course of my job search. They provided me with the encouragement needed that took my search to the next level. As a career transitioner there were a lot of unknowns. I did not have the insights of peers who had been in tech had so I had to find support in other means. Wonsulting really helped me understand the landscape, the doâs and donâtâs and much more. If youâre feeling stuck, itâs a worth wild investment!

I signed up for Wonsulting to prepare for interviews for my dream companies. They helped me in many different ways, whether it was articulating my experiences and summarizing my work experiences. I found a lot of value in what I learned from them, particularly how to structure my answers in STAR method and how to crush behavioral questions. Overall, I was better prepared to handle subsequent behavioral interviews that led me to receiving an offer from another company!

Wonsulting was really helpful for me. As an international student after graduation, stepping into the Canadian job market without any prior experience was a whole new challenge and mile stone in my life. Wonsulting has helped me with the resume and helped me to be confident enough to reach out to people for reference and mentorship and their social media videos are also made great impact on my LinkedIn profile and understanding a very big lesson that "Rejection is Redirection".

Wonsulting helped me dive in and really think about my resume. They helped think about how to create xyz details of my recent work experience and how it is relevant to the jobs I was applying to. We went through and reviewed what should be on the resume and what was no longer relevant. It was also great to have another set of eyes on there for small grammar and spelling mistakes along with the formatting.

I was able to practice my interview skills. I'm typically really anxious about interviews, but my coach was able to give me tips and feedback about how to answer the most important questions to help me stand out more in the interview process. For example, when the interviewer asks, "How are you?" That seems like a simple question that's not going to impact your interview. However, it's your opportunity to build a relationship with them beyond, "I'm good."

"Wonsulting gave me clarity. Their resume guidance and LinkedIn networking strategies completely changed how I approached applications. Even when results didnât come right away, I kept applying what I learned refining my resume, networking intentionally, and following their advice step by step. Eventually, it all paid off, I landed a Software Engineer role at Google."
