All of the candidates admitted into The20 are matched with a mentor based on their career interests. Our mentors have professional experience, leadership skills, and most importantly they were once Underdogs themselves. Candidates are encouraged to meet with their mentor on a weekly basis. Our mentors will provide insights into any questions you may have.

Does the program teach Compensation Negotiation?

Absolutely. We have an in-house compensation negotiation expert who will guide you through the process. We will equip you with mock calls, template, and detailed step-by-step guide on what to expect.

What happens after I sign the ISA?

There are no payments required until after you land a job. The20 is FREE until you are hired; you’ll pay us back 7% of one year’s income.

What resources are available to learn more about ISAs?

The income share agreement itself is based on a standardized contract common as a financing option in higher education and online educational institutions. For example, you can view the ISA agreement publicly released by Purdue University (https://purdue.edu/backaboiler).

What if I want to drop out of The20?

You can drop out of The20 either during the 7 day free trial or if you do not land a job offer within 9 months of The20 start date, no strings attached.

What resources are available to learn more about ISAs?

This is at Wonsulting’s sole discretion because we invest significant time developing proprietary strategies to share with candidates in The20. Depending on the situation, Wonsulting will revisit the ISA agreement.
